If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — no hassle.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond promptly with return instructions.

What We Accept

Unopened products

Full refund on any unopened, unused product in original packaging returned within 30 days of delivery.

Opened or used products

If you've tried the product and genuinely aren't satisfied with the results, we'll still work with you. Contact us — we stand behind our formulas and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the damage when contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Bulk freight orders are custom-configured and are not eligible for standard returns. If there is an issue with a bulk order, please contact us and we will work with you directly to resolve it.
